• Ensure all staffs use appropriate safe equipments for the tasks being undertaken

• Ensure the monitoring of compliance with health and safety legislation is conducted on and regular basis.

• Promote and support training and awareness programs about health, hygiene and safety among the workers such as food safety, hand-washing, food handling, safety drinking water, etc.,

The management has a legal duty to ensure that all relevant policies and practices are known and observed by staffs under their control, premises and equipment are maintained in a safe condition and that any risks to health or safety are identified, assessed and adequate controls put into place.

Risk inherent in all work activities must be managed to prevent injuries, illness and environmental or property damage as far as reasonably practicable.
